Not a chance. I sold all my shares today (10,000) and moved the money to SRNE.

SGYP is headed below $2. Sorry, but management is a total disaster and the analysts are starting to pile on. I know there are those saying a buyout is headed our way, but that prediction has been lingering for 5 years.

The company has double-crossed us with fund raising several times and then burns through the cash like a sailor on shore leave.

Maybe when this sinks to $1.50 and then runs up on the anticipation of the next approval there will be a chance to jump back in and then quick sell on any run. But, this is not a sound investment at this time.
