Yes, It would be nice to see a 100 page Bio on ESTRADA. They do appear to have diversity in their projects and building a Harbor alongside the Pacific is no small engineering feat. Construction is not that difficult, it's all in the engineering and of course funding.
You might be very surprised what documents coming out of France, Spain or any of the overseas very large companies look like !!!....Focus on the Message....( but yes..we are very enthralled with English punctuation...) ;-)
