I asked myself the same question my only thought is that it seems that management is so busy and events are running faster than expected that there are some delays on the admin side.
its my understanding that this company doesnt want to reveal anything on any new jv's, acquisitions until they have it all in hand. I am sure Malvinas details will be comin shortly... I hope.
