From what I understand, the bankruptcy hearing has been postponed to Feb 1. I believe the courts wanted to give them a chance to restructure. But I really don't know what any of it means to the common share holders like myself. I sold most of my shares and would like to get back in if the deal looks right. Does anyone have more information on this? When will we know to get back in?
