I like that thought, but isn't there a way for those shares to be essentially "frozen" and untradeable in the meantime? And if so, then there would be no other reason not to come out with the really good news except that the company is simply not ready to release it.

This is exactly whats going on IMO


Those shares are worth 1.5 mil today... if WANG released MAJOR news to send us to dollars the value increases exponentially... and the defendants gain more leverage to use the value of the shares as collateral for retaining legal council.



Meanwhile.

Deep pockets that are in the know accumulate the float at these ridiculously cheap prices.
