As I was staying, the definition of toxic loan is an entirely off topic scare tactic.

Simple fact is - the terms are a stark improvement on what was previously available to them.

Instant profits were cut from the previously egregious 100% to a much more manageable 33%

Spinning the availability of an improvement as anything but a positive is asinine.

On a side note if the VIVA product is so tangible there are other mechanisms for the $5 Million... for example Oi2GO (which last I heard was for mid-December and expected to raise $50 Million)?
