Yes there's no way of knowing how compliant all patients were but I imagine some patients didn't hold close to the dosing protocol. In the mouse study incidence of severe om was reduced by 98%, the difference between the lab and human study is the strict protocol in the lab as the mice were given their correct dosage on time everyday. This drug is very effective when used as directed.
