Unless the Intel BOD is asleep at the wheel (which they may be, based on the last few years' results), they will dump Krzanich and name an "interim" CEO before the SEC comes down on him.
When/If they do, I hope it will be a decent hire, whether insider or outsider. But I honestly believe ANYONE would be better than Krzanich at this point.
