that's not what happened.

they increased the total shares outstanding vs the 50 million authorized. shareholders are being bludgeoned. bunch of guys in norway converted and sole their promissory note related positions.

Could this move to Merkur somehow be there strategy behind the companies share buy back strategy? Why would a company do such a thing? Does each market drive different price values or is SIAF the same price in every exchange market in the world?
