Currently doing DD on successful ICO's that already took place and so far each one I looked at met their financial goals. It looks like no company ventures into these ICO's hoping they get the money they need, but it seems like they know they are going to meet their goals. Most probably already had a financial commitment from their networks. IFXY /Nuvus will do well with theirs in my opinion.
