That would not be too bad really given current stock price, not so good if price was 10 to 15 cents. I remember that .034 figure, we shall see. Even though at 300M shares, the company would have to either reverse split or I suppose just raise authorized limit.
For next 3 months, this company in that scenario could be trading close to 4 to 4.5 cents. Then the company would have just enough cash to last to end of year, so additional financing would still be an issue with maybe 525 million shares outstanding. That might put lower end of share count at time of phase 3 end as 525 million or 575 million or closer to that 1 billion mark.
