Sessions decision will likely be reversed by POTUS, but regardless, it has little bearing on CBD drug development. Intiva BioPharma isn't involved in recreational pot sales in any way to the best of my knowledge, so fundamentally, it's a non-story. Keep in mind, Intiva is focused on global drug development too, so it's not just a US story (listen to Jeff's interview on their website from early December).
