seek, I agree about the NOBO list. My point to Alex was that now would be an opportune time to take out one or both as their holdings have reduced considerably over the course of the selling sand the pps was at an affordable low. To have them gone at this juncture would do well for the pps as it rises from buying pressure. JMHO
