.0028 TRII-yawn

And why the sudden movement? Answer: Duncan-Jeffy filed a 15-12G to deregister the stock. Now why would he want to deregister the stock, rather than cure the delinquency of 2 yrs? Answer: Because it removes the last barrier to selling the stock as a shell to another scammer. He would've needed to cure the delinquency first, if the stock was still registered, in order to sell it as a shell. Delisting is much simpler.

Now we have a few retail traders buying a few hundred K shares, in anticipation Duncan-Jeffy will announce the sale of TRII as the empty shell it already is. The anticipation others will dive at a higher price in believing it's something wonderful. Not realizing a 1:100 R/S or greater will be involved. Wipes out the current TRII SHs.

The end result is the usual game of chicken musical chairs. Buy at 002, and sell at 00n. With the retail traders trying to figure out how long the music plays before someone chickens out, and heads for the door. First ones out at a given PPS win.
