I don't think this is from Trump. I don't think he cares much about marijuana. He is for the medical and has said he thinks the issue should be left to the states. What this seems to do, is give the federal prosecutors in the individual states the option to prosecute. I don't think many, or any, will want to, unless the AG leans on them to do so. Which he might....because he's a regressive asshat.

I think Trump will eventually come out and say "You see? Like I said, it's up to the states to decide."

In my humble opinion.
