I would keep track of who signed the receipt of the letter and take no chances because I had to resend mine and decided to use "return receipt" along with sending certified mail. Return Receipt gives you a copy of who signed for the delivery because for strange things happen surrounding Peregrine and I would rather make sure
My LetterStream delivery said "no authorized individual" to sign which when I spoke with them the letter was simply left and looks like no one wants to sign at site...
Time is closing in and is spending $10 to have certified mail, return receipt ...etc ? I would think so, because most normal times someone at the site will sign and not make a fuss....
....but we all know these are not normal times : )
