Krzanich (he no longer deserves a letter acronym for his name) set up his 10b5-1 plan on October 30. No, this was not some long-standing stock divesture plan.
Krzanich then started selling weeks later in November, eventually selling every share he owned or had exercisable options on except a small (for him) amount he is REQUIRED to hold by his employment contract.
I mentioned shareholder class action suits before as a possibility. I think that's a sure thing now.
Additionally, SEC action may be probable.
I unloaded more INTC today. More as I can unload them. This will destroy Intel's server market share. Not to mention whatever goodwill it had.
I am livid. This sure isn't ASG's Intel any more.
