In reality Kramer negotiated with the SEC by pleading would seperate us from those charged for the crimes.

Any disgorgements and fines there " may be " I'm sure will be minimal. And the we have the SECs blessing to trade.

Of course the BOD was pleased. The SEC and courts now know Blackburn and others have no connection to Treaty or their operations.Treaty hung them out to dry so we can move on

When the facts are not known the only thing left is speculation
