Basically, ENRT is out of the MJ business other than a condition of the sale of their MJ joint venture with LXRP is ENRT will receive a one time cash payment if the buyer gets a license to produce or sale MJ. If I remember correctly, it is in the neighborhood of $500k. ENRT and LXRP are still connected through their board of directors.
