It was public information from the last Q.....all he did was to verify that he was doing his job working on the items called out in Nove Q....I expect that he work on disclosed items..that his job

waterchaser, maybe a thank you to others who take the time to make a call, do the DD, whatever, and report into us on the board would be appropriate.

If you want to remind the CEO make the call yourself and I'm sure after he provides any thoughts in answer to your questions, you can then remind him that he went over the line, should never take another call, and you are going to report him as soon after you hang up. Yikes man. And you hang around the board for what reason?
