everyone is freaking out over a news article saying Jeff Sessions is going to rescind an Obama era protection for states that legalize MJ.

two points...

it doesn't say that the feds are going to go after the states, only that he leaves it up to federal attorneys to determine what course best fits their jurisdictions

and most importantly...this shouldn't have a negative effect on Canadian stocks, if anything it should FLOOD the market with USA buyers looking to invest in Canada..
