Sessions did NOT leave anything up to State AGs. He left it up to US Attorneys in each state. And, who is in charge of appointing US Attorneys? You guessed it "Orange Man". And, who advises the dotard on such matters? You got it, the US AG. And, who is the US AG? Right again, the leprechaun himself.
Sorry, this is not great news short term. Longer term you may be right, it presents a buying opportunity.
