According to the lawsuit, one of the officers told him that a Eugene Wright had gone to an orthopedic doctor’s office “threatening to hurt himself and other people.”

Hmmm....take picture of Mr. Wright/Wrong send it to the office where the threats were made and inquire; Is this the guy?
