All due respect...Do you know how big the illegal marijuana is in the U.S.? They estimate 40% of the sales in California will be illegal so they do not have to pay the sales tax of 15%. Do you know how much money the State of Colorado receives from pot sales? It is funding their schools.
The odds are the DOJ will do nothing. Law enforcement would love to get marijuana legal. And do you think the States Attorneys General are going to be a problem in the states where it is legal???
