No, for the company's business. Mr. Berman controls the course of the litigation, the company's lawyers fight the battles and they are decidedly not the Jr. Varsity, and consultants, hangers-on or shareholders play no role -- as it should be, except for former shareholders who are actively helping J&J. But most importantly and probably a surprise, the litigation is not DECN's only business, and DECN has not had to fight to keep from being a shell, like for example TAUG.
