If you believe UPZS has stores please provide the following: 1 : Store location with street address and telephone number. 2 : Date the franchise was purchased from UPZS.
Well, we read the filings. Maybe we missed something.
Please show us where these stores payed UPZS in the filings. All we have seen for 12 years is nothing in the Franchise Sales or royalty income.
Both our DD is out there, anyone can check it and decide for Themselves. No Big deal.
Some of us have been investors for over 12 years. We know the in's and outs of the company, we know what they do and own. We check and verify things they post, like where products are available, etc. We are not trying to convince you we are right. It doesn't matter. If you want to believe that we have company owned or franchised pizza shops in eastern PA, good for you. Just that when we know otherwise, we are going to post it and prove it. We just know your not really doing unbiased DD, you more or less use the term DD to promote false information.
Does it matter if your just in and out flipping this, Na, not really. We think this is the best way with UPZS. When people consider this an investment, the DD we provide will help them.
Last run up, Copper brought people here from the penny boards, they loaded up and chased this stock on all his predictions... Most bought in at .0025 Then they watched the company dilute into the run up and tank the share price down to .0005 That is a substantial loss if they sold... or left them holding the bag and hoping.
BYW, we do google and look at the locations. Remember the Christopher Street Products PR they put out?
