Your right, that's what I thought as well so I emailed Jonathan. I asked him the same question Clancy.
His response,
People who were given shares at no cost at the beginning and no longer part of the plan therefore just after cash they don't deserve. If they get out no I would be glad as they will therefore not benefit from the known outcome.

Tom I cannot say anymore but I am extremely confident of the end game, the end result and the pps. If there was one thing other than 12 month revenue figures, which unless you have a time machine I cannot give you until next year, what would it be? That is what the shareholders will get signed off on Friday/Monday.
