Regarding the patents, they obviously wanted to keep as many valuable ones as they could when they let go the other portfolio of patents to Langley in selling off Active Power.
My bet (just a hunch and some wishful thinking!) is that we hear something of a patent sale or (as Ascolese preferred) a patent licensing deal, in first half of 2018.
