Treaty cannot file True, Correct and Complete filings without FIRST filing an 8-K notifying the public that the previous 3 or so years of filings will need to be restated and/or refiled all together, because they were fraudulent and incomplete. Then they need to actually file, True Correct and Complete restated filings complete with corrections and admission.

It's now been almost a year and STILL NOTHING. Not even the 8-K that would have taken 15 minutes to do...
