It's usually due to an acquisition. If there's more board members with another entity coming in they probably issued restricted stock. There has to be enough in the A/S to cover any future or hypothetical conversion. Only thing that matters is the float. I haven't seen anything dilutive here just impatient retail. LBTD

It is the same company. Not sure what Michael Palethorpe's function is now, but he was the President before William Ko.
