Get FINRA involved... PURA is non reporting, Rule 144 option 2 or 3 allows your broker to have the restriction lifted on your behalf... if they claim issues with contacting TA or company, go to FINRA for meditation...

The TA is not a nice guy.. he's a jerk and understaffed or a slacker
