BTW I asked a friend who works for one of the big trading shops as to this "Stop Sign" business, here is what he told me:
"Putting a Stop sign out there is somewhat a gimmick, people who have access and involvement with inside information already know what their rules are and policies exist and enforced
putting this on a public user stock quote system isn't much different than "This Page Intentionally Left Blank" on a prospectus, has zero meaning other than to fabricate desired thoughts and image"
