Yes, for current shareholders, no immediate R/S would be their best hope. But that would also show the integrity of the new CEO, as he'd be luring new people into buying on the hype his appointment causes, only to trap them in a down trending stock.
For that reason, I'm expecting an announcement of a R/S soon. It would be helpful for all concerned if the company would put out a pr saying they still have no plans for a R/S at this time.
