Yes, they are, they added Destiny to the suit.
I believe that is what triggered the IPR if I am not mistaken.
Destiny 1 & 2 made gobs of money, COD WOW, all games worth billions of revenue.
Like you I got on board because of Susman and Godfrey, they know a hell of a lot about IP, and felt it was worth taking on contingency.
Since then WDDD has racked up decisions and court proceedings along the way, and so far, still moving along, jumping hurdles, and waiting for a return to district court which I anticipate a good run up much like Markman, they don't even have to win to make fat profits, the run up to that event alone, people buying in will drive this up, and that will be after Wifi One, Oil States, and CAFC appeal decision. So if any of those things go well, the run up won't be starting at .03-.05, we will already be much higher.
That;s my opinion and thoughts, and I can sell into the run up, completely de-risk, and run a large portion of my shares for the hail mary fat daddy jury award, or we lose, and I am still up.
