At risk of resurrecting an old debate, the facility does not belong to us, nor is the company under any obligation to disclose everything to it's shareholders. The comment that they have the person who broke in on tape was inappropriate, but continuing to disclose details in a public forum, particularly if no one has been convicted, is also inappropriate and carries with it the potential for libel. I'd like to know who it was, just as much as anyone, but our curiosity doesn't constitute a need to know.
