WHY $IDDR just might be a .0001 pps runner?

I did NOT notice this until this morning, but....when you read the formal description now for $IDDR ...

It states the following:

It is my opinion, that after more careful review here- just like $BVTK took forever to move off .0001-0002 pps and eventually was off and running with a much higher share structure - $IDDR may have already positioned to announce significant blockchain technology and clear partnerships with Colluci, Microsoft and Amazon etc.
