Agreed, been long for over a year.
Have you looked into the High Times Media connections ?
This does not outline MMEG’s future but speculation would suggest based on the High Times Media investor presentation, and their late Ares amended S-4 that OAC$ redomestication could fall under MMEG.
It would provide some reason as to the massive RS and the dilution.

If you’re a believer in what Adam Levin has built over the last 3 -4 Years well this direction would be plausible.
