SIAF only needs to show a minor proof of short-time shareholder value and some old shareholders will be back, some current shareholders will increase their holdings, and people on the fences will jump in.

I hope that D'Alessandro's filing shows that he is willing to buy new collateral shares (if there are new ones issued) and/or that SIAF is close on some major trigger(s).
