The ONCI PR's said they "take" X number units and pay ONCI with net 30 terms. Those are not sales until they are sold to the end user. We've discussed this numerous times.

Read the top of the posted contracts- they say "Independant Contractor Agreement". Those are rules the dealers must follow to sell the products, not purchase orders.
