It's because this ticker has no idea if they are going with a MMJ play or restaurant play or property investment play. Miss managed, pumpers, dumpers, thieves. I've written off anything valuable with this stock. Most ventures they go for resolve in nothing but hopes and dreams.
My advice, if you got some money to gamble with buy at .0001 and hope and dream.
