Go above a $1 - based on what - Zero patents - Zero revenue - no assets.

All the company has done is issue pumping 8-Ks and press releases - OWCP hasn't provided any proof - the efficacy report is still missing - there isn't published research.

On clinicaltrials.gov the safety study was supposed to start in February 2017 and be completed by July 2017 - but OWCP hasn't started recruiting volunteers for the study.
