Every time still happens. My first experience with this 'kabuki dance' was in 2015. But it is getting better. It isn't TRTC, like the minions like to say, it's the investors. Lots of shorts, lots of minions to do the full court press with scare tactics. One of the largest shorts here is a big time complainer.
