It would take some contracts and solid customer base for Pepsi/Coke to purchase RUSH.

In the mean time, they could also start creating their own versions of the drinks we have as well.

Let's hope Bob can pull some contracts out of the hat and not worry about being bought out. That would take some time even if it would occur.

If they were to purchase the company, it would be up to the shareholders to vote on the aquisition. Since Bob and his buddies are the major holders percentage wise, it would be there call. I'm sure they would want a premium, but it would be based on market conditions, future revenue projections, and whether or not Pepsi/Coke would see them as a threat.

We are better off building our base and contracts first.

Here's to Bob and Company!!!!

How about some contracts Bob?

herkyhawk05, Thats a point I haven't thought about lately but you know Pepsi and Coke would be knocking the doors down to buy Rushnet if it started making some serious noise with a strong customer base and some decent sales. Think about it, E-water is an incredible product and a new beverage catagory that would be an instant success if it had the funds to market it nationaly.
