That is correct. We stand to make out better the GERS. We own 80% of whatever this settlement ends up to be. I have been saying that from the beginning.

I hate to remind everybody over and over, but FCC also owns 80% of BTZO, so 80% of that 80% gets pushed up to FCC leaving GERS with 20%, BTZO with 16% and FCC with 64%.
Still a lot of money IF of course all the known facts of the share construction are still in tact. It's hard to know for sure with no one reporting, but it's all we got to hold on to.
