Is it worth a bounce play here! I always place money into about 40-50 small cap biotech stocks this time of year, for that 1st quarter bounce back. I noticed you posting on this one & thought I would look at it.
The post states the note holders already held the shares, if they already held the shares they would be considered in the O/S. I am saying they haven’t held the shares as they are new shares not issued.
