Wrong! Local governments can decide to allow MJ sales or not. I live in Kansas and Federal law and state law says alcohol is legal yet there are still dry counties. Local laws dictate whether or not weed can or cannot be sold in their municipalities. You can buy weed in Denver but not in the suburb of Englewood. ERBB ON!!!
