You talking to Tom G and posting such things IMO is rumor until it comes in a filing...period. Until then it is just your word of what YOU say is happening behind the scenes. IMO it is those kinds of posts that start the pizzed off ball rolling. I am an attorney and therefore i deal in FACT. what you say is going on is not FACT to me until i see it. no offense, but just because you believe something is happening doesn't make it so. IT IS JUST RUMOR. when i see it, I TOO, will believe it. until then everything you say, is in fact,just rumor.
