Don't get too excited. American Green has no money to sustain their purchase of Nipton, they had to use shares. $2.2 million for the down payment, and another $3 million payable over the next five years at $150k per quarter.

Where exactly is American Green going to get the money to do that? Oh right, sell more shares since they can't sell weed in Nipton.
