Wrong again, the dispute was clearly about K patents!!! Menon took credit and tried to steal Aruda's share... Gifting 15 percent of CTIX was mighty steep and should have been challenged. Back then there were minimal BOD's and still today they hardly exist. So, anything goes as long as payroll gets submitted!!!
