The facts are clear as .71 per/share... Dr Menon gifted the Aruda's 15 million shares back in 2014 for full K rights... There was a dispute as to who was the clear developer of the patents. Leo never gave a legit response to the generous offer. One that still haunts IPIX today. We'll shortly see the Aruda's filing status and how many millions he disposed of last year? Nice to hand away "at the time" 15 percent of the company without a fight... Some will say they were Menon's shares, but how did he get them? Also, Menon has been awarded a handsome salary 420K since? At age 70, I doubt he shows up much at all... Maybe he's working on the "phantom" UP foam delivery?
